Refund policy

Wall Panels

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the panels are in the same condition as when they were supplied. This means no cuts, scratches, adhesive residue, or other signs of use or installation. A 10% restocking fee applies to all wall panel returns. Return shipping or collection costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

Special orders, including custom or made-to-order items, are not eligible for return or refund unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

All Other Products 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies. Return shipping costs will not be covered by Linnovate Walls.

Opened or used items are not accepted for return unless they are damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
