  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Delays: If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons.

2. Shipping Options and Times

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across most of New Zealand. Delivery times generally range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Special Orders or Out-of-Stock Items: For special orders or items that are out of stock, delivery may take up to 2 months. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
  • Delivery Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at and sent through invoice based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
